How does it work?
Step 1
The first step of your installation is to carefully remove and measure the insulated panels.

Reinstall the insulated panels and seal down each one.

Clean all the glazing to make roof look new again and check all gutters flow and watertight.






Transfer old roof panel measurements to new insulated panels and cut out.
Insulated Conservatory Roof Panel Types


Enhance your conservatory’s comfort and energy efficiency with our premium insulated panels conservatory roof solutions. We offer three distinct types of insulated panels to cater to diverse aesthetic and functional preferences:
1. Stadurlon FB-1/SL
These composite solid panels feature simple white top and bottom skins, available in various gloss levels. They come in multiple sizes and skin thicknesses, with overall panel thickness ranging from 10mm to 100mm. An optional 3mm acoustic layer is available for enhanced sound insulation.1


2. Stadur Top & Top Phon
These composite panels offer a choice of darker colours for the top skin and come with 0.72mm aluminium skins on both sides or a Stadurlon bottom skin. Available in several RAL colours, they measure 1200mm in width and range from 3m to 7.5m in length, with overall thickness between 16mm and 100mm. An optional 3mm acoustic layer can be included for improved noise reduction.


3. Special Stadur Top & Top Phon Self-Supporting Panels for Lean-To Roofs:
Designed specifically for lean-to roofs, these composite panels also feature 0.72mm aluminium skins on both sides or a Stadurlon bottom skin. They are available in the same RAL colours as the Stadur Top & Top Phon panels, with a width of 1200mm and lengths ranging from 3m to 7.5m. The overall panel thickness varies between 52mm and 100mm, with an optional 3mm acoustic layer for enhanced sound insulation.
Each insulated panels conservatory roof option is crafted to provide superior thermal performance, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Explore the possibility of having glass in some of the panels, allowing natural light to flood the room.
