How does it work?

Step 1

The first step of your installation is to carefully remove and ethically dispose of your old conservatory roof.

This video walks you through the step-by-step process of replacing an old roof with a timber structure, fully insulated, tiled system. You’ll see how we ensure every installation complies with building regulations, resulting in a comfortable space you can enjoy all year round. Step 2

Once the old roof has been removed, we will install the Glulam Ringbeam to the existing conservatory frame or brick wall.

Step 3

Individual pods, including pre-cut & fitted insulation, are then located and bolted into position.

Step 4

A waterproof, air-permeable felt membrane is then installed, making your roof watertight. We then install the fascias, gutters, and downpipe.

Step 5

We will select a lightweight tile of your choosing, here we have the mock slate. This approach not only enhances the aesthetic appeal, but also ensures durability and efficiency.
